Clients often ask me why I decided to become a Psychotherapist. This is a valuable question because a therapist's motivations will often influence their style and approach to therapy
My approach is person centred and co-operative. In my therapy room there are two experts... Me & You! We work in the here-and-now and look towards effective change to have a better future. I can offer both short term treatments and longer term psychotherapy.
