My Expertise

 I’m a licensed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and build emotional resilience.


  I come with years worth of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges, both in and out of the NHS, specializing in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, logic, real life outlooks and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where as our client; you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. Where we can work together to develop the skills and tools you need to thrive.

I believe everyone has a gift and a purpose, and I've always known mine is in helping people see things that often they may not be able to see. Therapy shouldn't be a chore but a delight in learning more about yourself, and i believe my role is to help people along that journey.
